My name is Miss Furioli and I am a special education teacher at Brooke High School. I have been teaching at BHS for 21 years; all of which have been in special education. I teach Math 9, 10, 11, and 12. I also teach Physical Science, Biology, and Earth Science. I enjoy spending time with my family and swimming. I am actively involved in Brooke County Special Olympics. I have a niece who is almost 5 years old that I just adore and spend most of my time with. I earned my BA degree from West Liberty State College in both Elementary Education and Special Education. I then received my Master's Degree through WVU; also in Special Education. I hold a degree in Administration/Leadership for Prek-Adult from Salem University. I have recently received a multi-cat degree in special education through WVU. I grew up in Wellsburg, WV and have lived my whole life in the same little town. My mother was also a Brooke County teacher for nearly 40 years, and my father was a retired worker from Eagle Manufacturing. I have 2 sisters: 1 is a chiropractor and 1 is a massage therapist. I graduted from BHS and am happy to be teaching at my old stomping ground.
