Mrs. Stone is a native of Weirton, WV. This is her fourth year teaching special education in Brooke County. She is the Instructional Support Specialist at Brooke Intermediate South where she provides coaching and support in reading and math instruction and intervention for both students and teachers. Mrs. Stone graduated from West Liberty University in 2014 with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education, Multi-Categorical Special Education K-6 (MI/BD/LD), and Autism certification. She is presently persuing her Masters degree in Education with a Reading Specialization at Franciscan University of Steubenville. Mrs. Stone presently resides in Steubenville, OH with her husband, Ollie, and their baby daughter. Mrs. Stone has two dogs, Bodhi and Saint, and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and relaxing at home. She believes that all children need and deserve love and a positive role model, and strives to be that for the students of Brooke County schools.
